Just a reminder that Connect is now open at 3:00pm on Wednesday’s before Gladiator Games! Come on in right after school and work on your homework or just hang out and play some air hockey or ping pong in The Hub. Think of it as another way to keep you on “the chair”.

Week 3 was once again dominated by the Blue Team. They came out in greater numbers and and helped to keep the lead for another week. This weeks events were Pool Noodle Hockey, Crab Soccer and Human Knots. The Red Team was able to pull off a victory in Human Knots to keep the score pretty close, but they have some work to do next week!

Tomorrow morning is See You At The Pole! Be bold about your faith and show up at the flag pole before school and pray.

On Saturday morning the 27th, Sean and the Bridge316 Praise Band will be playing at mile marker 7 for the Akron Marathon. We need some help to pass out postcards to the people watching the marathon. These postcards are inviting people to ABT to checkout Pastor Ed’s next sermon series “Fireproof”.

This will be a great opportunity to help change lives and grow our church! This will be a campaign that will run for 6 weeks at ABT, and its gonna start with the youth!  

We’re limited to 12 people because of transportation, so e-mail me or post something on the board below to let me know if you’d like to help. We’ll probably hit up McD’s or something afterwords as well.

 

What a difference a week can make! Last week was all about the Red Team. Week 2 – Blue! After getting dominated last week, the Blue Team brought their “A” game and took the lead!
