Acts 9:32 – 10:8

So we’re back to talking about Peter. He’s traveling through the town of Lydda and he comes across a paralyzed man. Through the power of Christ he is healed! Everyone in the town knew this guy was paralyzed, which is why this miracle was so powerful. 

He also brings Dorcus back to life. Actually her name was Tabitha. OK, seriously…why would you even go by Dorcus? Was it like an embarrassing middle name or something? Anyways! 

The key thing I pull from these two miracles…kindness. Peter showed that he cared. Sometimes we need to just show people we care. A small act of kindness, or a big one, can go a long way!
